Privacy notice
What happens to the details you give us when you join the Frior waitlist, and to the analytics cookie you can choose to allow.
Who we are
Frior is a product of Sattr ApS, c/o Copenhagen Fintech Lab, Applebys Plads 7, 1411 Copenhagen K, Denmark (CVR 46394623). Sattr ApS is the controller of your personal data. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
Your first name and email address. If you add them on the second step: your phone number, the address of your main social media channel, roughly how many collaborations you have in a typical month (chosen from a few ranges), whether you need help now or later, and how you are organised - as a private individual, a sole proprietorship, a private limited company (ApS), something else, or that you do not know. And a record of the consent you gave: the text you agreed to and when. We do not ask about your income or your tax situation.
Why, and on what basis
To keep your place on the waitlist and to contact you individually by email or phone about your situation as a creator before Frior launches. Your answers on the second step help us understand your situation before we get in touch. Our legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). We will not send you unrelated marketing.
Where your data lives
Your waitlist details are stored in HubSpot, the CRM we use, in HubSpot's EU data centre. This website is served by Cloudflare, which handles your IP address to deliver the pages. Our processors are bound by data-processing agreements. We do not sell your personal data.
The sign-up cookie
When you join, we set one cookie so the second step can add your extra details to your sign-up. It holds your email address, is signed so it cannot be altered, is only sent back to our waitlist form, and expires after one hour, or as soon as the second step has gone through. It is strictly necessary for the step you asked for, so it does not need your cookie consent, and nothing in it goes to Google.
Analytics
Only if you click Accept in the cookie banner, this site uses Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) so we can see which pages are used. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google the page address, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser information, and a randomly generated identifier. Measurement data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA. Google's advertising features are turned off. We never send Google your name, your email address or anything you type into our forms. If you decline, nothing is sent to Google. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie choices link at the bottom of every page.
How long
We keep your waitlist details until you withdraw your consent, and permanently delete them - including the HubSpot copy - no later than 24 months after you signed up.
Your rights
You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to [email protected]; we then delete your details. You also have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data. We answer within 30 days. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) or your local supervisory authority.
